Since 2011 Renata and her team have been managing, investing and renovating properties in the Sarnia Lambton area. We’ve build up a nice portfolio of rental units to manage and have good relations with our tenants and clients. Our Dutch ‘down to earth’ management and taking very well care of the properties results in happy tenancies.

We offer 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom units and some commercial units in and around Sarnia. Some apartments are fully furnished and all inclusive for short term convenience. Due to work, education or family situations you sometimes need a place to call home, away from home for a while. Just bring your suitcase and some groceries... we take care of all the rest.
